With any purchase of any new ZOTAC products, ZOTAC offers a standard warranty to empower customers with the knowledge that their investment is protected in the event something goes wrong.

ZOTAC USA offers a standard 2-year warranty on all video card products and a standard 1-year warranty on all motherboard solutions and mini-PCs. With an unwavering commitment to our users, ZOTAC is proud to offer an additional Extended Warranty on our qualifying graphics cards and motherboards. To qualify, simply register your product within 30 days of purchase and your product's warranty will be automatically upgraded. For further details about your Extended Warranty, locate the model number of your product below.

Please note: The Warranty as defined here is for products purchased in the United States and Canada. For purchase made in other countries please consult the Warranty page on ZOTAC's website in your respective region.

Terms and Conditions

Please note: ZOTAC USA reserves the right to change Warranty Terms and Conditions without advance notice. Please check back regularly for updates.

This new warranty is effective as of January 1st, 2011.

  1. Warranty Terms
    • ZOTAC USA Warranty may only be used for claims requiring the repair or replacement of a defective product. For a claim to be approved, it must conform to the terms and conditions outlined below. ZOTAC USA DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
    • ZOTAC USA will provide warranty to the original purchaser of each retail product. WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE. Products purchased second hand or thereafter or from auction sites DO NOT carry any warranty.
    1. Warranty Scope
      • The ZOTAC USA Warranty applies for products purchased in the United States and Canada. For any purchase made in other countries, please consult the Warranty page on ZOTAC's website in your respective region.
    2. Warranty Duration
      • Warranty begins on the original date of purchase. Warranty claims may only be filed after the product is no longer covered by the vendor's warranty or return policy. A copy of the original invoice will be required as proof of purchase.
        1. ZOTAC USA offers a standard 2-year warranty on all graphics cards, a standard 1-year warranty on all motherboards, and a standard 1-year warranty on all mini-PCs. Warranty begins on the original date of purchase.
        2. With product registration, the product is covered under the Extended Warranty. Product registration must be done within 30 days of original purchase. The Extended Warranty begins on the original date of purchase, and only applies to products listed in the below table:
        3. Limited Lifetime Warranty holds a duration that is the lifetime of the product (as long as the product is still being manufactured).

      Limited Lifetime Enthusiast-Performance Graphics Cards (680, 590, 580, 570, 560, 480, 470, 465, 460 AMP!, & H-version products: 210, 220, 240, 250, 460, 450) For this model # product, ZOTAC USA offers a limited lifetime warranty.
      3 years total Mainstream & Value Graphics Cards (550, 520, 460, 450, 440, 430, 250, 240, 210, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, series) For this model # product, ZOTAC USA offers a limited 3-year warranty.
      2 years total Motherboard For this model # product, ZOTAC USA offers a limited 2-year warranty.
    3. Product Registration
      • To register your product, please proceed to our Product Registration page.
        1. Product must be registered within 30 days of original purchase for the Extended Warranty. A copy of the original invoice will be requested to verify original purchase date.
        2. A registration confirmation will be sent by email when registration is complete. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact support@zotacusa.com to ensure your registration is complete. ZOTAC USA cannot be held liable for incomplete registration.
        3. Customers wishing to register their product(s) consents to the storage of their data entered on to this site. This data will not be used or shared with third-parties.
  2. Warranty Conditions
    • The Warranty is valid based on the following conditions:
      1. Tampering, defacing, or removal of any serial, part or model number sticker(s) on ANY ZOTAC products WILL VOID WARRANTY
      2. Tampering, defacing, or removal of any "Warranty Void if Seal is Broken" label on ANY ZOTAC products WILL VOID WARRANTY.
      3. The Warranty does not extend to defects caused by failure to comply with operating instructions, improper use, inappropriate operating conditions, or modifications by the customer.
      4. The product MUST be returned to ZOTAC USA in the original factory configuration and condition. All aftermarket modifications must be reversed prior to sending in the product for repair or replacement.
      5. Warranty will be voided if physical damage occurs to the PCB, chipset, or components caused by improper installation, damage during modification or installation of aftermarket attachment(s), or water or chemical damage of any kind.
      6. ZOTAC USA reserves the right to inspect and verify the defects of any product(s) returned.
      7. ZOTAC USA reserves the right to claim for shipping fees and service charge from the customer for any product returned incomplete or modified.
      8. ZOTAC USA reserves the right to claim service charge from the customer if the product requires repair or replacement when the customer is not entitled to any coverage under this warranty.
  3. Warranty Claims
    • Products still covered under the vendor's return policy should be returned to the vendor. Warranty claims after this period may be made directly to ZOTAC USA. To file a warranty claim, please go to our RMA Request page to begin.
      1. Refunds
        1. ZOTAC USA DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
          1. Refund claims need to be processed through the original vendor that sold the product according to the terms and conditions of the vendor's return policy.
      2. Repairs & Replacements
        1. RMA Request must approved by ZOTAC USA Customer Service prior to shipment. Please go to our RMA Request page to begin.
        2. Once approved, instructions will be provided to send the defective product to ZOTAC USA RMA Department or to a designated service center.
          1. The product MUST be returned to ZOTAC USA in the original factory configuration and conditions. All aftermarket modifications must be reversed prior to sending in the product for repair or replacement.
          2. Products with aftermarket modifications or third-party attachments will be returned to sender at the customer's expense.
          3. ZOTAC USA may choose to removed aftermarket modifications or third-party attachments at its own discretion.
          4. A service charge may be assessed based upon the actual material cost to replace missing or modified parts back to their original factory conditions.
          5. ZOTAC USA reserves the right to claim service charge from the customer if product requires repair or replacement when the customer is not entitled to any coverage under this warranty.
        3. Shipping and handling costs to the designated RMA facility will be covered by the customer.
        4. Product(s) sent in for RMA repair or replacement MUST INCLUDE A COPY OF THE ORGINAL INVOICE OR RECEIPT. Any product NOT including a copy of this document will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
        5. ZOTAC USA has no liability for incidental or consequential damages of damaged or lost data during the course of repair in the end-user equipment.
        6. ZOTAC USA may elect to replace the defective product with a product of equal or greater value.
      3. Shipping
        1. The customer is responsible for transportation and shipping cost of the product to the designated RMA facility.
          1. ZOTAC USA is not liable for damages incurred in transit. Please securely package your product!
        2. ZOTAC USA does not ship products or replacements to PO Boxes.
          1. ZOTAC USA will cover all return shipping to our US and Canada customers for the RMA replacement with free ground shipping through UPS in the United States and free FedEx Ground shipping to Canada.
        3. ZOTAC USA does not currently ship to military addresses (APO, FPO, MPO, etc) or outside the United States or Canada.
