How to register

Filling out this form will expedite the processing of your mail-in rebate. Before submitting your physical rebate form, please mark the word "Online" on the outside of the envelope to indicate you have completed the online process. Also be sure to attach the UPC barcode with your mail-in rebate form.

• Register your product
• Save the original UPC from your product packaging so you may submit it
• Prepare all the necessary information and copies of all requested documents specified on your product's rebate form
  • Please note that this is not a substitution for physically mailing in the items specified on your rebate form. Please double check that you follow all instructions provided on your mail-in rebate form.
