Replacing the PCI Bracket for a Low-Profile PC Cases

Please remove the four hex bolts using a pair of needle noise pliers. The full-height PCI Bracket can now be removed from the video card. The gray cable with a red stripe is a VGA header connector. Please remove this cable by holding the cable connector on the video card. Note: If you need to reassemble a full height configuration, the red stripe is closer to the display ports side.

Place the low-profile PCI Bracket with has all the ports needed to match your video card's ports. Install two hex bolts to the video card. The bolts hold the PCI Bracket in place. The video card is now ready for a Low-Profile PC case.

Option:

The second Low-Profile PCI bracket can be use to add the VGA Analog output in a second PCI slot rail. Two PCI case rails are use in parallel in this configuration. Install the VGA PCI Bracket to the VGA header using two hex bolts. Connect the VGA header to the video card. Install the video card then the second PCI bracket to the next rail.

Note: Video cards with three or more output ports (such as DVI, HDMI, and VGA port) can only operate two display signals at the same time. The third+ video ports will be disabled when the first and second ports are active.
