Check your manual, see what each code is for?
If it is a memory issue, try one stick only, and make sure you try both sticks of memory if its 2x sticks.
Then find some other memory and try it as well, if it boots you know for sure its the memory.
Just gotta try some stuff and make sure whats wrong. -

Have you tried a Older version of XBMC to see if its a issue with XBMC? -

Have you tried looking for previous driver versions, or install the driver that is on the CD that comes with it and NOT UPDATE the driver?
By doing so it may be a driver issue with the newest driver and Zotac can look into that for you. -

Dunno how you guys are running into problems with my method that I used, but glad you got it figured out regardless.
It could simply be you are not copying the files over correctly or something like not running the methods while in administrator mode possibly. -
