Rebate Status Help

I have submitted (mailed) rebate forms and issued an online rebate but it is still in pending status since May (3 months).

FRYS-ZT4060710L-051712-30 ZT-40607-10L Pending May 11, 2012

I hope the company realizes people who buy graphics cards tend to buy lots of graphics cards. This rebate problem that seams to go back a year or more will not give me confidence to be a repeat customer.

According to our records we never received your rebate information here at ZOTAC. If you have a copy of all the information you sent to us please private message it to me, attach it and I will try to resolve this issue.

I'm having the same problem with FRYS-ZT4070710L-053112-20 as well. I mailed in the required materials on 5/22/2012, and have yet to receive anything from Zotac. Calling the phone number provided (877-59ZOTAC) has been useless as well, there's never anybody there. I have submitted the eRebate form online last month, hoping it might help. Can anybody from Zotac help?

HI, I mailed my rebate in on July 17 2012 and would like to know the status of my rebate. I made copies of the rebate and my receipt so I can submit them to you. It was for offer MC-ZT84SEH4PFSL-080412-20. I called 1877-59ZOTAC and it rang and rang and then hung up. Thanks,
