ZBOX ID80 Won't come out of stanby

I have recently bought ZBOX ID 80, installed Windows 7 64 Bit all was working ok. It has gone in to standby and I can't get it out. I have left it unplugged overnight, tried resetting by holding the power button down but still stays in stanby with status LED flashing slowly.

Has anyone anysuggestions onhow I get this out of standby please

I know ZOTAC has a BIOS update to address this issue. Please email support@zotacusa.com and let them know your BIOS version DATE.
