I was wondering if being a USA resident, i could order a card from Zotac China, I know full on that shipping is going to be expensive, but i want the best, I don't care how much extra it costs (within reason)

Even Region Specific cards? I was considering purchasing a 670 Extreme Edition which i know is un-available in the US

The ZOTAC GeForce GTX 670 Extreme Edition is only available in Asia. But, it should work on your PC here. However, ZOTAC USA cannot cover the warranty if you do proceed to buy the graphics card from Asia. In my opinion, if you really want it, get it, but if you need to RMA it, it would have to go through the specific RMA procedures that ZOTAC Asia declares.
