error message ?

Hello,

when I want to register my product, I receive an error message that says the number of the model is invalid??

It is written on my graphics card ZOTAC GTX 570 1280MB 320BIT DDR5

Hi Schick, and welcome to the Z-Spot forums!

When registering, you must enter the model number. In your case, I believe it is "ZT-50201-10P", but check your retail box just to make sure. It should follow that exact format- beings with a "ZT" followed by some numbers. If you need some further assistance, please take a picture of the UPC label on the outside of the box and I'll be glad to help! :)
