Hello, I'm new to the forum. I'm reposing (apologies) because I originally put this in the wrong area.
I have a new GF6100-E-E w/ some really basic problems. I cannot find any help with research so far. Appreciate any help.

1] ZOTAC Driver CD opening screen is blank (in Win Home Server 2011). I can see multiple drivers on disk (explored). I need the basics-RAID, GF vid drivers and sound. Zotac tech support is no show on my ticket and customer service told me to go to nVidia for a that driver. Any idea's on what drivers I should use for WHS 2011? XP/Win7/etc & 32 vs 64? I really don't want to go through them all, nor do I think I should, but so far no help from Zotac documentation or tech support. :(

2] In BIOS after enable(ing) RAID, the user manual instructions say to - then enable the disks you want to use as RAID disks. Listed are:
SATA 1 Primary
SATA 1 Secondary
SATA2 Primary
SATA2 Secondary

I have two 1T Samsung HD's @ IDE channel 2 (master) & 5 (master). The question here is, how should I enable the disks? All/SATA 1 primary-SATA 2 Secondary/etc?
Should I rearrange SATA connectors to get the HD's on IDE Channel 0 master & IDE Channel 0 Slave? Do IDE channels even matter any more? The WHS2011 does partition the disks so the OS is separate from storage, but that shouldn't matter to BIOS - the whole drive(s) are listed in CMOS set up utility.

Even links to where I could/should go to get help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Home Server Build spec's:
AMD Athlon II X2 260 Regor 3.2GHz Socket AM3 65W Dual-Core;
two 1T SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s HD;
Zotac GeForce 6100-E-E ITX MoBo;
Patriot 2GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400);
Rosewill R379-M Black/ Silver 0.8mm SGCC Steel Slim MicroATX Computer Case with ATX12V Flex 300W PSU;
Windows Home Server 2011

WOW, Not sure what good use is this forum. Anyone know where I could go to get help? It can't be this hard to get help w/ basic questions on drivers and raid configurations on a contemporary MoBo and/or OS. Very disappointed in Zotec "support".
Thanx

CES Is going on, sorry thats all I really know of atm.

If you have not talked to the live support chat you can do so going to the following link

http://www.zotacusa.com/support

Or submit a ticket as well if they can not help you

I am not sure about forums wise atm because of ces you can most likely get a response within a day or two after ces or they may even come and look while its going on later on or something.

Sorry that I cant help you personally with this, I never used raid before :-\
