Hi,

I've just bought Z-BOX AD02 and installed 2 Kingston KVR1333D3S9 4gb each. In Zotac main site it is mentioned that 2gb version is tested.
In BIOS I can see only 4gb. Putting each slot separately in different slot seems to work bit together BIOS only recognize 4GB.

Is this a known issue? Will this be fixed when I'll upgrade BIOS?

The shipped core version is: 4.6.4.0
The setup utility version is 2.10.1208

A few questions for you:

At what speed is your RAM running? In the compatibility list, it mentions the RAM is tested at 1066.

Ensure that both of your slots are working by trying the same piece of memory in both slots. (I was not able to conclude you had already done this, so far)

I do suggest upgrading your BIOS but I am not sure it will work.

I've re-enter the RAM sticks to the slots a few times and it worked so I guess problem was contacts.

AFAIK:
DDR3 is backward compatible so RAM can run at 1066Mhz.

The model of this RAM (but at 2GB) does exists in Zotac tested memory list.
