Zbox ND22 + SSD = stuck at SATA I mode (1.5Gbits/sec)

Hello all,

I'm a new ND22 owner and very disappointed to find that my Corsair Force 3 SSD (120GB/ SATA III/ II/ I device) is stuck at SATA I mode only lacking II's throughput. :(

I tried to coldboot, disconnect and connect the SSD, change port to eSata but it's still the same. Did google, found similar cases and seems like this is BIOS issue. Has anyone come across this problem and found any solution? Advices are much appreciated.

btw, my setup is 2x4GB Crucial RAM and running the latest available BIOS from Zotac
