i've got a problem with my brandnew fusion itx wifi board.
everything is fine except the wol function of the board.

i installed win 7 32bit as well as win7 64 bit and checked the available energy options of the network card again and again, finding no misconfiguration.
i also checked the physical network connection by sending Packets with a wol-check tool from www.depicus.com and succeeded.

I have no idea, whats going on there, but i guess there is an error in the bios ?!
i've already installed the actual version and the newest driver updates - no success.

Yes, i've already done this before but unfortunately this changed nothing.
I would like to try a Live Ubuntu CD this evening.

Has anyone else got a problem with WOL on this board ?

i think the only chance for me is, to send the board to the retailer and get one back WITH WOL-functionality :((

Any hints?

Regards
Hans

Then I think you have the same issue as me. Did you already update your BIOS ? I never tried with the old BIOS version because the update was one of the first things I did and I didn't make a backup before. The last idea was to change the PSU, but this changed nothing.

I have asked about this and from the information given to me, the FUSION doesn't have Wake on LAN.

Does Zotac handle this as a warranty exchange?

I am having this same issue. It can shut down over the network and wake on hibernate, but it can't wake on lan while it is shut down. I have the most up to date BIOS and the only option I see is wake on USB and wake on PCIE..... but are enabled. Everything is set up in windows through the device manager to allow the card to work. This seems completely a ZOTAC issue.

Can you do a HW return and exchange for a model that will WOL? or is there another fix for this issue?

Thanks

I was wrong.... I can't even get this to work from hibernate or sleep.... even though the BIOS says it will wake from PCIE and USB from S3. I emailed Tech support and got this answer.

Their Answer:
"The wake on USB will be available for Hibernate, but a system cannot be "woken up" from a complete shutdown.

Wake-On-Lan is not available for this product unfortunately.

I apologize for the inconvenience

My Question:

"I am trying to use my Zotac Fusion 350 a e and it is not working. I have been able to shutdown remotely and able to wake on hibernate, but it will not wake while it is shutdown. I have the BIOS option of wake on USB and wake on PCIE enabled.... but I do not see a Wake on Lan option.

Is there a current fix for this? Is there an exchange of a newer model that will WOL through shutdown?"
