Connect 9600 GSO ZT-96SES3P-FDL to TV HD Component?

I have a 9600 GSO ZT-96SES3P-FDL video card that I'd like to connect to a 480p TV that only has Y-Pr-Pb component connectors for HD.
The video card has DVI-I, HDMI and D-SUB outputs, no SVideo. Can this model output Y-Pr-Pb component or do I need some type of converter?
