ID11-Wake from Suspend w/ remote on XBMC Live?

I have come to the conclusion that some IR receivers require too much power. When in suspend mode the USB port cannot output enough current to keep the receiver active. I have verified this with several receivers. Some work some dont. The TopSeed Technology Corp ID 1784:0008 will not work.

This is the topseed product that wont work
