Where's the serial number? GeForce GTX 260 on the card, on the box, which sticker, which number?

I'm looking at my ZOTAC ZT-X26E3KD-FCP GeForce GTX 260 and I can't find the serial number to register the product for warranty coverage. I see a green sticker that has PN 288-*, which I assume stands for part number. Then there's a number to the right that starts with N09*, with no title that describes what it is?

Then on the outside of the box, there's two sets of 6 digit numbers under the bar code.

Where or which is the serial number?
